If Nagato has access and time to connect to the Gedo Mazu then he wins this, even Kabuto's 5+ layers of defence cannot protect him against those soul-sucking dragons. His other jutsu won't be nearly enough when he has many means of destroying Chibaku Tensei.

All of this is presuming Kabuto could fully control his ET to their full potential, while he fights himself simultaneously and that is is fanfic. There is a reason why he hid himself in a cave away from the war, with Edo Tensei chess planned out to control his ET effectively. He can't do this preparation while he's fighting himself. And even if he could, none of the ET are willing to fight for him or if he tries to erase their minds, they're pretty much fodders as they aren't in their full potential.

None of those methods you said would counter Chibaku Tensei, because all of those techniques make use of the environment, which is occupied by the gravity Nagato controls. Chibaku Tensei is a sealing Jutsu after all. Its foundation is to seal the target. Kabuto would have no way of getting out once he's sealed.

The core on its own can tank Biju Dama + FRS + Yasaka Magatama. A pre-formed Chibaku Tensei tanked mountain-sized Biju Dama barrage without any damage, and neither Kabuto or his ET have the fire-power to put a dent on CT let alone destroy it that dwarfed mountain range.

Kankuro with Surprise Attack Division intercepted Deidara before he could use C0, and Nagato does just that removing Deidara out of the picture. Elemental Edos? You mean Kakuzu with elements only capable of destroying trees? Lol. The only defensive mechanisms Kabuto has is what he acquired from Orochimaru and Sound 5, and none of those are stopping him from getting sealed in CT.

Ah yes I remember now, I always forget how CT works. The Gedo Mazu decided this victory long before the specifics of this jutsu are needed though.
