Kakuzu, by far. Hidan is just a teen on drugs that was soloed by shikamaru, Kakuzu was more calm, powerful, versatile, creepy and respectful of his opponents, like when he complimented shikamaru several times with his analyses. He was a man with a job, and he was good at it to survive since the time of Hashirama.
