I agree that she would've lost if she hand't used the tool, but that's all because of Mitsuki.

Well, from what we saw of Rin, she was pretty unremarkable. She would’ve never been near Tsunade’s level.
Are we talking about a scenario where Kakashi never lost his left eye and Obito still has both of his? If so, then DMS Obito alone would’ve been as strong as any two of Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade.
We don’t know how strong Kakashi would’ve been if he never received the Sharingan, but I know he wouldn’t have been on any of JOT’s levels.

So DMS Obito would’ve made up for the lack of power of Kakashi and Rin.
