Sumire fought on par with Mitsuki trying to kill her, Salad barely took down Buntan who is inferior to Shizuma, who is inferior to Mitsuki. Add on her Wood Style, Water Style, and Bijuu Chakra, and she's more than superior to Salad.

As far as chakra goes, Sakura has more chakra and more experience with chakra control, which allows her to utilize chakra enhanced strength better, i guess. Sarada will probably just surpass that, as well...

Sakura did a lot for a character that was never planned to be anything special.

Tsunade, naturally has more raw strength than the both of them.I guess they don't make that clear in the manga.
