As far as I remember, Oro really is one of the characters that made some people watch Boruto in the first place, and he's "Fan-favorite villain", so.....
As for Sakura, Now that I think about it, I don't want them to make a mechrandise of her tbh....I mean I don't want them to ruin her like they did with Hinata's figure:bdpf:

And the company who made Hinata's figure already made a figure of Sakura with fanservice, not to mention the figure was about Early Shippuden Sakura :kd:

The manga is flopping and the anime make worse ratings than what they did at the end of Shippuden ( which was already falling ). For example the anime don't even make half of the DBS ratings however the anime seems to be still very popular in EU/NA.

To be honest Naruto was never very popular in Japan, series such as JoJo/OP are way more popular.

Not surprised. It was too soon for a new series from Naruto's series. With DBS and stuff they waited a while before doing super. Added that it's about their kids also and the ish seem forced and makes no sense also makes it worse. Iirc me and Indra(?) said it was gonna flop but we well i don't know how bad it is tho.

Boruto Volumes are selling 17k behind Super, but both are being outsold by newer series like BnH, Neverland, etc,

Boruto sells like 200-400k per volume, Naruto sold like 1 million. The first two Boruto volumes added up to about 900k, or almost 1mill. I can't remember.

Although I think the series overall gets its best $ from merchandise, DVD sales, etc.


The Naruto Anime never did well in Japan, and I shit you not, the Naruto v. Sasuke battle got the lowest percentage of views despite them actually advertising it a lot. While shit like Shinden Arcs got more attention. No idea how that shit works.

Boruto's the same, low views compared to other popular shows on. But nothing worth caring about in terms of 'cancellation'.

Sequel wise it's pretty much just a few numbers behind Super. Most of the popularity for these series in the West anyway, so as long as the community exists, the market will stand.
