Gyuki's Chakra itself contains regenerative properties to it, as seen when Kisame and Nagato absorbed it, they were able to rejuvenate. Although Bee never used the Chakra to heal himself, there have two characters using Gyuki's Chakra to regenerate damage upon themselves after absorbing Gyuki's Chakra.
Kisame's upper front body was teared apart by Lariat, and he could only regenerate that lost wound thanks to Gyuki's Chakra Samehada absorbed and gave it to him to heal damage.
We've also seen another better case of this, when Nagato absorbed the same attack; he not only healed the damage received from Lariat, the Chakra rejuvenated him back to his younger self and resorted his original Chakra, something no other healing power has ever done. This means Gyuki's Chakra itself can rejuvenate an old person.
The concept of Byakugou is it regenerates damage by accelerating cell division. Other characters have applied the same principle, like Karin and Kabuto etc. But the amazing thing about Gyuki's regenerative power is not just the scale of healing but also rejuvenate properties to it, something no other healer has done themselves.
