Sure, he has more affinities and a grand total of ONE more jutsu, but he is lacking an entire branch of shinobi combat.
GENJUTSU. thats pretty big. Also, he doesn't have enough shuriken skill to be deadly, but sarada does.
She has superior physical strength, superior shrunken jutsu, superior knowledge of the medical field, Genjutsu, and with sharingan, superior taijutsu skills thanks to precog. (even if its just 1 tomoe level.)
Boruto has: More chakra, more affinities, and 1 more jutsu. Thats it. nothing else.
We don't know what Jougan does yet, and he doest use it anyways. He has more affinities, but they literally aren't strong enough to matter in the elemental type advantage chart, because he only puts his lightning in weapons. His advantages are small, and they do little to add to his versatility, except for his variety in natures.
Sarada wins this by the simple fact she has more versatility. this aint even a combat ability comparison, but versatility.
