Well as Hashirama gave the answer on the next page so war would've continued and Indra would've reincarnated. The senju needed the Uchiha to form thw village that was the biggest problem with their plan.

However bone of what you mentioned would've happened if Tobirama was killed off. The dominant alliance of the incarnates would subjugate the world and bring peace.
