Probably , I dont see her being able to survive Matatabi attacks like Hidan and Kakuzu did.

All signs hint to it. Kakuzu lets Hidan do the work. Hidan was anxious to hunt for 2 tails. Hidan told Kakuzu that his hobby for money was slowing them down. Hidan also did the heavy lifting against Chiriku & Asuma. And kakuzu didn't say anything bad to Hidan after yugito's capture (he usually does if Hidan messes up and needs kakuzu to bail him out). With that said, Kishi threw Zombie Bros under the bus to hasten immortal arc for Sasuke so there are alot of unanswered Qs.

No. Matatabi has the flame of death at her side. She'll induce death into tsunade's body even though she cant die. Wonder why yugito didnt use TBB against hidan? Because he is immune to chakra. Matatabi fire is from hell. Databook states.

But i guess she could somehow immobilize it with susanoo breaking punch but its a very unlikely scenario. Those flames of hell can induce death, hence why hidan avoided.

Tsunade can win. She's a small target, her physical strength is easily Biju-class, BB won't be applicable in close quarters, and her healing factor would allow her to survive contact with Matatabi's flames.

That said, would she win? Probably not, unless she either defeated Yugito before she could transform, or if she had a competent supporting squad.

Tsunade wins through skill and experience in battle. Some cases can't be dove into in much more detail than that. She's held on for tougher opponents who threw way more fire power. That's just my take. Proven by the fact she out performed more versatile shinobi against Madz even though her fighting style of choice is pretty straight forward.

She also can take quite a beating. Just throwing that out there too... XD

Chakra enhanced blade and chakra composed attacks is entirely different. The ash fire jutsu didnt endiwn him with any injury nor could kakuzu who possesses the most perfect element fusion ninjutsu couldnt do any damage to hidan whom he wanted to kill. Only physical attacks work. Two tails refrained from using tailed beast but used fire of hell instead. Databook says fire of hell has death inducing properties. Bijuudama dont work because its a chakra attack.

Hidan was also hit by pressure damage and searing migraine. No signs of damage. Explain that.

Typical low balling of characters. Yugito has tremendous speed, enough to catch Bee and Naruto, despite she had shared vision advantage, but catching bee and KCM naruto, two of the best speedsters at that point, is no joke. Yugito reacts to tsunade and uses hell fire and kills her, she cant use her regeneration when that fire hits her. Or use a wide scale laser dama.
