So did suigetsu tell oro that chojuro actually did end up getting officials killed to cover up the incident with the supposed new 7 swordsman of the mist or did I misread while watching? I don’t really feel like watching it again just for that
Well, tbh l watched it once, on my phone. I’m pretty sure Shizuma had plans to start killing off officials or something, which was in the last ep l think. In this one we see suigetsu talking to oro about it, and he mentions chojuro doing something that seemed similar. The episode was pretty meh for me which is why l didn’t wanna watch it againThat'd be ****ed up. :lol I haven't watched the episode, so I can't give an opinion on it. But why the f would Chojuro sacrifice the officials for the kids when they got themselves into the mess? It's an ethical dilemma, yeah, but if he really went about it that way, then I just lost my respect for Chojuro.
Hmm your right, I rewatched the part I was talking about with oro and they just say chojuros a bad guy cause even though some of his officials where killed by the new 7, he didn’t do anything publicly about it, he kept the whole thing secretIt was the opposite.
Shizuma secretly killed Officials that were anti Chojuro in order to gain favor in the anti Chojuro group, making them believe that Chojuro was the one that was taking them out.
At least that is what the scroll and Suigetsu said.
Honestly they could've done that arc better by at least showing some assassinations or post assassinations in order to confuse the viewer into believing that Chojuro was indeed shady.
They could've even had Shizuma pretending to investigate that matter and convincing the seven swords mans that they need to do this in order to save the village.
But instead we just had some vague stuff about these killings and Shizuma just blabbering about the Blood Mist all day like some fanboy.
This.It was the opposite.
