Toki approaches the said spar member who doesn't look much but a random ninja who looks like he smuggles people for a living. As he approaches he mutters his usual line:

The brief moment he said that, he channeled his earth chakra and creates a small pillar of earth behind Kyogen (That would be when he lifted his head up). The pillar thrusts his back just on the spinal cord area. Making it hard for him to breath in air and also have some trouble standing, as this would leave him to stagger around while turning on his behind to look what just hit him.
While limping and looking around he would find a surprise as when he looks around he sees many Tokis; innumerable number of clones actually.. approaching him really fast from every direction as they enter to short range.
Then by observing where Kyogen's blind spot is, Toki takes out his sword from his back, locates it and slices through him by attacking him with a series of minor slashes in his arms, chest, thighs and finally a fatal one on his heart.

Kyogen arrives at the deep, narrow gorge with steep sides where Toki 'Eden The Arrow' Fujiwara request the challenge. Across the field, Kyogen spots the golden-haired teen approaching at mid-distance, wearing an elegant suit. Mmm. He glared expressionlessly while briefly tilting his head upward to gauge his conditions by watching the bright sun take cover behind the puffy clouds then looking right and left of his surroundings. As that happens, Toki mutter something that caught Kyogen's attention which prompts him to narrow his eyes back to Toki. Theif? Kyogen thought. Suddenly, Kyogen hears rumbling sounds from the ground behind him. Kyogen immediately turns on the noise. As soon as the column of earth emerges, Kyogen utilizes the momentum of twisting around to drive his elbow into it with great force, shattering the earthen formation.
Afterwards, doppelgangers (in the image of Toki) appeared encircling Kyogen. They were rushing and swarming on Kyogen. Although, astounded by the numbers, Kyogen ready himself to break through the crowd. Kyogen lunges forward at the nearest clone. As his fist connect, Kyogen notices the clone was a mirage; suspecting they were diversions to attack his blindspot. Now aware of the Toki's scheme, Kyogen quickly coats his entire body with stone, creating defensive armor against any attack, though at the cost of his speed.
As Toki reveal himself and attack Kyogen's blind-spot, each sword strike would be rendered useless because of his earth armor. Observing the attack, Kyogen would bide his time until the opportunity presents itself. But once Toki lands the final blow with the tip of his blade, Kyogen would incline his right arm then lunge forward, striking the center of Toki's chest with great force, sending him crashing backward.

However as Toki draws close to the target, the blade of the katana gently slices through the wind until its abruptly stopped by a rocky mass of body. Toki realizes this after the first strike that he has hardened his body by earth elements so he channels lightning chatora to his blade making vibrate at high frequencies, and increase its sharpness.
Toki sharply cuts through the fore using a lightning enhanced katana from the second slash on wards. Since Kyogen's speed is lowered due to earth armor, Toki will be able to perform them in quick succession before he could launch that rock attack on his chest. Furthermore, the slashes would leave Kyogen fataly wounded if not killed as the attack has an elemental advantage.

Toki follows up by first warding off that punch of his with the left hand's open palm which displaces Kyogen's center of mass to his right; then focuses lightning chakra on his right hand creating a small sphere of lightning which he rams Kyogen on his abdominal area which would send him flying backwards, shattering the armor.

Kyogen promptly examines the blade gleaming with electricity as it moves into a slant for its next strike. At that moment, Kyogen channel earth-based chakra into the ground, causing it to quake underneath Toki's feet, knocking him off balance. As the Earth Jutsu occurs, Kyogen imitates drunken behavior that causes him to wobble erratically out of the way to Toki's left flank, effectively evading the sword, simultaneously extending his leg for a powerful kick into Toki's left rib, causing severe damage due to his earth armor.
