My point is there's no feat we know of that EMS Madara wields capable of surprising Itachi let alone threatening him. Raw power alone will not suffice.



This is hinted by the fact KamuiGod Obito learned everything there is to know about Sharingan and Rinnegan from Madara and yet was still too afraid to challenge Sasuke's older brother.

Also, Madara and Izuna were known to be equals, by that logic so are Itachi and Sasuke, which means at the very least Itachi rivals Madara.. without Totsuka and Yata.

Obito wasn't afraid of confronting Itachi. He was referring to Itachi's Amaterasu trap in this panel, how if Itachi knew of something, I presume the second eye hidden in the mask he used Izanagi with, he would've ended up dead as the trap itself would've come with precautions preventing him from escaping the flames or something else entirely.

OT: Hells naw. I admit, it would be a good fight, but Madara would still come out on top in the end rather comfortably.

A fraction of that time is all thats needed to pierce Madaras Susanoo. and seal it. And even so, like i said, Amaterasu negs Madara. He has 00000 feats or hypes saying he has ANYTHING that can deal with Amaterasu.

Yet on the flip side, Itachi's Yata mirror can deal with anything Madara tries whilst Itachi burns/ seals him.

Madaras one chance is Izanagi, but even then, guess what Itachi has?
