After looking closely to Konohamaru's Databook entry again I realized even with Sakura having a higher ranking overall, Konohamaru would beat Sakura in a battle.

The only relevant stats for a battle are strength, perception, speed and chakra.

Konoha is faster than Sakura. Has a higher perception and he is naturally very strong thus even if Sakura has CES Konohamaru is equally dangerous in close combat.

Sakura could still outlast Konohamaru because of Byakugou and her higher chakra reserves though. So I'm not sure...
