Kinkaku wins. They're equal as far as anyone can tell, so what's gonna make it or break it are the sage's tools.

The fact that Kinkaku wields the Bashosen means Ginkaku can't get his spirit word, therefore the rest of his tools are useless. Therefore the Bashōsen is the only tool worth anything amidst that bunch, and Kinkaku has that, so he's the one winning here.

Cant ginkaku block the nature releases with shichiseiken? He can first block them then use, the gourd , in which the seal will activate even if the person doesnt say his most used word.

I don't know how Shichiseiken would help him in blocking all that, and I think Kinkaku having the rope makes him immune to its effects since his word wasn't written in the Shichiseiken while he was wearing it, making it impossible to steal his spirit word, and without his spirit word being stolen, regardless of him saying it or not, he can't be sealed up.
