So with the events of this weeks episode and Sarada's greatest protrayal in medium form. Let us conclude two things.
Regardless of the SP sharringan retconing for the greater good of Sarada the character and in light of multiple sources (high and low) stating that the anime in its entirety is canon we must accep that even though this sharringan stuff is indeed a retcon it is now the new canon.
A re-writing I may add.
Which leads to these points.
#1. I don't want to see anyone whine about byakugan canon shit ever again when at least the byakugan had manga scans stating the same exact thing or if it didn't (like the byakugan being awakened or not) it was never stated for either or.
#2. With the the current events of the Sharringan being retconned we can at least use it to our benefit to actually make Sarada more of an Uchiha.
Therefore please look at everything as a new slate or if you can't even handle that, then look at this as a canon spinoff separate form the Naruto series.
So when we do VS matches with Boruto era characters (even Naruto characters during the Boruto era). We must now account for the new retcon reality.
An example is if we would do part 1 Sasuke vs Sarada we could divide the versus match into two sets.
1. Part 1 Sasuke from the Naruto series
2. Part 1 Sasuke with the new Boruto sharringan retcon
Note when you use "2." it must be in the terms of the Boruto series as in you can't change the past and say early part 1 Naruto vs early part 1 Sasuke but instead the retcon only applies when facing against Boruto era characters.
I hope we can come to an agreement.
