Child, you asked what would happen if EMS Madara fought Nagato and I gave you an answer. JJ Madara > alive Rinnegan Madara > Nagato > Pain > other forms of Madara. It's got nothing to do if Nagato can't use Limbo, since everything he showed trumps EMS Madara in every way.
