I'm sorry, but Kaguya used the shit out of her Rinne-Sharingan abilities to win her fight. Her one attack with Vacuum Palm doesn't change the fact that she used teleportation and dimension switching a whole bunch of times which had nothing to do with the Rinnegan, but clearly her Sharingan's unique abilities.

She even got rid of Sasuke and sent him somewhere else, clearly confident that she could handle Naruto by himself without someone with the same eyes as her in the equation. She mostly used her Sharingan's abilities throughout the fight.

95% of Kaguya's strength came from her Sharingan and massive chakra reserves.

Besides, last I recall, Hagromo's Rennigan was a KKM, yet Sasuke's KKG Rennigan was being compared to Hagoromo's by Kurama and the Sage himself. Actually, was it even said her Byakugan is a KKM?
