Who is a better Villian Shizuma or Shin?

In my opinion Shizuma has more character and his motives make more sense. He's also unique and charismatic . I Like villains who are manipulative and savages

As of right now, Shizuma by default. Shin is a really neat character design wise but, similar to Momoshiki and Kinshiki, he wasn't meant to be a well developed character and more of a tool to develop the main character of the story/arc more. In the very little we know of Shizuma he's already been given a better written background and more motivation than Shin was, but again I don't attribute that to lack of writing for Shin but rather the differing roles of the arcs antagonists. Perhaps if Shin is brought back in future arcs we might see his character developed more however.

Shin wanted to achieve the next stage of existence what he referred to as evolution. Shizuma wants to return to the old ways so is a traditionalist. Theure both interesting in their own ways.

Shin has great abilities and a dope action scene to his name, but he's a walking Akatsuki Red Herring. A terrible villain who never delivered on the interesting ideas he was chatting about and turned out just to be Orochimaru's next batch of disappointment.

Shizuma is just great fun.

Shin!!! Cause he is Akatsuki & he has MS. He should've been Shisui...
A Shisui who is still playing pretend-villain just like Itachi did would serve as a perfect wake-up call to Naruto & Sasuke. Doing what he has to do to keep the Ninja World fine-tuned and strong. That'd at least make his "peace makes you weak and theres something coming" rhetoric makes sense.

Maybe Orochimaru was involved and Shin is moreso just the remnants of what used to be Shisui rather than confusing his character. Either way, it was a total BS red herring to tease the audience like that & anything would've been better than what we got.

I think Kagura will defeat Shizuma not Boruto. Kagura is a chunin
I feel like Mitsuki is gonna be the one who’ll fight him....
OT: Didn’t watch the arc, so I can’t really judge, but I would say Shizuma is better IF he truly is a well-written character and being developed over the time.
