He had them in life so why wouldn't he have it here? Might as well say, "Who said Tobirama can use Hiraishin? Who said Gengetsu can use his clam? Who said Mu can use Jinton? Who said A can use his Raiton armor?" Etc. as well. Shit who said anybody here can use anything other then Taijutsu?

Because the difference was that Madara found and tamed Kuruma literally all in preparation to fight Hashirama. It wasnt his own device that was a part of his power, it was an external one that he manipulated for the purpose of the fight.

Kurama is part of his own power as much as other summonings are apart of other people's powers.

The thing is that, yet again, Kurama wasnt an actual part of his power because he wasnt a summoning. Madara literally found him used his Sharingan to force him to co-operate. Thats like giving Obito Kurama in a 1v1.

Madara used summoning jutsu and Kurama came, Madara used summoning jutsu during the war arc and after god knows how many years of being dead, Kurama would've came to him if he wasn't sealed in Naruto. That makes Kurama a summoning for Madara as Madara can summon Kurama as long as he isn't sealed.
