It's not that easy. Or Hiruzen would also have learned it considering it was kept with the shadow clone jutsu and other scrolls containing secret Kinjutsu and he learned some of them, like the Reaper Death Seal.

Nonetheless, he would need to study it first or get into the study of sealing jutsus and that'd require redundantly profuse time.

Minato in all his life could only master sealing jutsus and Rasengan and numerous other jutsus which were nothing compared to the former either way. Also, Minato had the help of Uzumaki pedagogues, who must have taught him extensive sealing jutsus that gave him profound understanding on how they work, and eventually, he could understand FTG. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there, you also need large chakra reserves and near-perfect CC.

So Boruto would need to immerse himself in Sealing Jutsu knowledge, then take that a step further to practical use, which would require an equally excessive amount of time.

Considering he has a seal which he's taking turtle speed to master, it's safe to say he wouldn't afford the time in his adolescent years.

You seem to assume minato couldn’t learn anything else because of learning the few jutsus he did. Why would you assume that when we know minato didn’t really bother learning anything that didn’t compliment his own fighting style(a la sm)

It took him 3 years to create it, not learn it, its a different process to create something new than to learn it, the rest is plausible, but nothing suggests he couldn’t learn anything else

Nothing suggests Boruto can't learn FTG either. He's capable. But there are factors that inhibit him learning the jutsu.

Naruto had too much power he needed to learn to control, before going into things like Fūinjutsu. Which I'm pretty sure needs excellent chakra control, which Naruto didn't have when training with Jiraiya.

False. Minato taught his personal guard the FTG tecnic. Minato is a complete ninja, not only what you say. Look at his feats.
