Does the Byakugan have Time-Freezing abilities?

Don't know tbh, I don't think Hinata or anyone else from the Hyuuga has that ability. But maybe Boruto will.

He probably didn't actually stop time. It was most likely a spiritual thing (like when Hagoromo appeared before Naruto and Sasuke, or when Hamura appeared before Hinata).

If Momoshiki could actually stop time, then there is no excuse for him to not have been able to wreck Naruto and Sasuke with ease.

I think that was more of Neji's byakugan precognition, not him actually slowing time

It probably has to do with being an Ootsutsuki rather than the Byakugan. Bolt was able to see and move due to said blood, but Sasuke was able to only see with Rennigan So it is likely an Ootsutsuki thing.

There has been no confirmation about what Momo used was a byakugan technique. My guess is its another otsutsuki secret technique.

:lol What made you think it came from the Byakugan? If anything, it's more likely it came from the Rinnegan seeing as how Sasuke saw the conversation take place due to his own Rinnegan. Momoshiki couldn't have been in a "another plane" or whatever, when he was right there in the real world! Anyways, it hasn't been outright confirmed to be time stop, but it's at least not simply a paralysis jutsu according to Sasuke.

No, he can't manipulate Time/Space. Perhaps the perception of time, but definitely not control it. Or we would have seen him using it while he was still ALIVE, not when he's dead and defeated.

Just makes no sense to think he could have such power and choose not to use it when he was clearly being pressured the entire fight. And considering he's a ruthless character, it's not reasonable that he would hold back for that reason.
