It depends on how late into part 1 you are talking about for Naruto and Sasuke.

Example: If we are talking Haku fight Naruto and Sasuke, then I'd say Boruto might beat them by a hair (excluding Kurama's intervention). If we are talking VOTE 1 Naruto and Sasuke, then that is a different story.

Boruto versus Chunin Exams Sasuke might actually make a good match, though right now he's still a bit behind that Sasuke. Give him an arc or two to show some new jutsu and better speed feats and that gap closes. Neji is a bit more complicated, and so is Lee for dfferent reasons, but all the same Boruto's not THAT far behind.

Unless Boruto is given the Kote though, Naruto automatically wins at every turn. Taijuu Kage Bunshin is just too broken...

Sarada is superior to most if not all,
Being a Uchiha with Sakuras intellect and power, Sarada can become stronger given the circumstances like Sasuke did, however it won't take as much time as it took with Sasuke because she has Sakura chakra control.

In terms of ninja ability and actually intellect none are above part 1 Sakura though, Sarada is about her level ...if she was trained
