You know I was thinking about how all the Kara members have distinct facial markings via Roman numerals.
That got me thinking when I looked back at the first chapter of Boruto, Kawaki also has a marking on his cheek. However, Boruto too has a distinct cross on his eye. For some reason it's bothering me that all the Kara members, Kawaki, and now even Boruto have a distinct marking on their face.
If Boruto did get his scar from Kara like I'm suspecting, it's probably because he doesn't want to be apart of their organization. He doesn't accept that fate, but that scar... It could have a more meaningful impact. For example, it could represent or symbolize something, or how the person perceives the event that caused the scar itself.
