Maybe. The spoilers don't mention it, but I think it would be a cool surprise. IMO, the matchups would be:
Sarada vs Buntan, which is all but confirmed in the episode summaries we already got.
Boruto vs Shizuma, as it only makes sense for the protagonist and the enemy group's leader to fight each other. Boruto probably wouldn't beat him though, which connects to the next match, that being...
Iwabee vs Kagura, as they have personal beef, what with one's grandfather killing the other, so it makes sense that if Kagura is to fight, Iwabee is his opponent. Kagura would probably have a change of heart after beating Iwabee and move to aid Boruto afterwards though.
Mitsuki vs Kyoho, as was shown in the opening.
Sumire vs Hebishigo, being the girl fight and all that.
Hassaka vs Shikadai, as Shikadai being a more major character than other two below makes it easier to believe that he'd be the one fighting, and Hassaka was also given some odd focus with his brief clash against Boruto, so there's that.
Inojin/Metal Lee vs. Ichiro, as that's pretty much what's left, to be honest. Either would do, though the former is more likely with him having bigger roles in general.
But that's just how I'd do things.
