If a Curse Mark can turn a genin Sasuke into that powerhouse at Vote1, then Anko's Curse Mark prolly put her on S-class if not close to Kage level

Anko metabolism changed once her curse mark was removed, curse mark grants some level of accelerated healing, Anko was somewhat of a glutten, it caught up with her.
