Itachi managed to defeat the chibaku tensei, Naruto is more like ragin and taking on everything himself. It seems Itachi had displayed some more tactics than him. But I don't know maye I'm wrong.

Answering a question with a question. In light of your response I'm assuming you mean Naruto. Now then would I be right to assume you consider noodles to be more tactical than Itachi?

I will add however even with his deterioratung sight Itachi hasn't displayed any difficulty in combat situations

Wasn't a question, was asking you guess....also I never said who I thought was better tactically...I thought that Itachi was the obvious choice hence the analogy
