Personally I think it’s a middle step, like ussj was, it is a bit asspullish though, unless there’s a lil more too it(which there’s probably not) but one can hope

Yeah bro Jiren is freaking ridiculous strong I was wondering if Jiren was guy who surpassed a God of destruction but I thought they would save that for later. Turns out he's the monster who surpasses them. Ultra instinct was taxing his ass but Jiren was still handling that shit with mad finesse.
