Who takes this? Is it a stamina bout? I personally think itachi, simply because of his analytical ability, Danzo would only be able to use izanagi once before itachi figures it out and thinks of ways to counter, thoughts?

Yes he can lmfao. If OP allows Itachi everything in his arsenal then the crow implanted with KA is allowed.

That's like saying Madara can't use Kurama because it's sealed in Naruto, yet matchups all the time have him using the fox because it's apart of his full arsenal.

Yata mirror is restricted?Or nah? If not, itachi shitstomps. If restricted, still shitstomps.

Kotoamatsukami requires the victim to be in the range of vision of the user.
It won't work against someone who can go faster than the eye can see.
He couldnt break out of normal weak genjutsu comparitively, of Sasuke. No way he ****ing stands a chance against Tsukiyomi or even 100% Epheremal.
Not to mention itachi's speed and taijutsu is comparable to guy as guy admitted he'd lose against itachi.
