Does Sakura naturally have superhuman strength now or does she still use CES

I thought Tsunade naturally had super strength, while Sakura had to use CES to destroy things. And how does CES help you lift heavy objects if it just means building chakra and releasing it in contact.

No, the databook explicitly states that it was CES. That isn't how the jutsu works. Chakra is gathered and that part is enhanced. Stated in DB 2.

Yeah I NEVER understood this because by the description of CES it was just chakra forcibly shot out of her fists. I never remember it being explained any other way. So it always seemed weird that she could lift shit and whatever.
