Does Sakura naturally have superhuman strength now or does she still use CES

I get confused sometimes. I'm surprised she lifts heavy things up so easily. Thought the whole point of CES was simply building chakra then releasing it at contact.

she stores a huge amount of chakra, then releases. only she can do it because she's very good at chakra control. even while she sleeps, she's collecting and controlling her chakra. so yes, she is a superhuman in her own way.

Outside of CES she never really had anything note worthy in terms of strength.

in all 3 Databooks kishi scores her lower in strength than base naruto and even the more recent boruto databooks (which are utter crap) score her lower than Naruto & Sasuke and score lower than Boruto/Sarada & mitsuki.

Sakura uses CES, but Tsunade was stated to have raw strength without the use of CES.

Her databook strength score is the same as Gai which is the highest, 5 and databooks do not count enhancement like CES. Also, CES has always been referred to as striking power and Tsunade lifting the sword and her other feats seem linked to her raw strength as opposed to CES.

The DB says that the sword lifting was CES and having a 5 doesn’t mean she has massive strength. She has impressive strength but she’s not replicating any of the feats she’s shown with CES or even coming close.

I thought Tsunade naturally had super strength, while Sakura had to use CES to destroy things. And how does CES help you lift heavy objects if it just means building chakra and releasing it in contact.
