True, but Naruto is pretty evolved. After what they have been through, mastering jutsu with one hand seals is pretty much fodder stuff

Naruto using seals itself is very difficult for him let alone with 1 hand.

Haku was able to learn it at the age of 15, I see no problem for naruto learning to use it over the years.

With his shadow clone method he could easily master single handed signs in a few days top. use chakra hands to sign for shadow clones then begin his single sign training.

Or simply learn to use shadow clones with 1 hand on his own, It's only a single sign which is extremely simple. It's not like a jutsu that required multiple signs.
