Nope. A BSM TBB from half Kurama + V3 arrow managed to crack Obito's 1 TSB shield without harming him, meaning just a bit more power would be > that defense. So 11 of those attacks > a 10 TSB shield. Naruto and Sasuke's attack is inferior, or at the most close in power to a single BD from Full Kurama based on the massive size difference of half and full Kurama's BD. So the question is, is Choujo Kebutsu at least 10 times more powerful than that attack. The manga portrayed CK and Madara's 12 BD barrage to be equal in power, only CK has more penetrative power so it's way better for single target destruction. This means Madara's PS would have suffered the same or less damage if it took its own attack. This shows his PS is clearly superior to a TSB Shield made from 9 TSB as it can take 12 attacks that are more powerful than the attack it took to crack Obito's 1 TSB Shield, but it will most likely be partially destroyed. So, since a stronger defense will not tank it completely, a weaker one will be brought down fully, plus taking into account the aforementioned better single target application of CK, plus the difference in power between Naruto and Sasuke's attack and a BD from full Kurama.
