Sasuke didn't really lose. He gave up fighting Naruto's love for him and let go. Despite this, Sasuke is still 4-1-0 (Techinally 4-0-1)

-Aided Obito to capture Killer Bee
-Started a Revolution (Which kinda would've worked)

Sasuke manifested his full power with full intention to kill Naruto; latter didn't manifest his full power and made it clear he didn't want to kill Sasuke. So whether Sasuke said ''I admit, I Lost'' or not, it doesn't change the fact Sasuke was vastly inferior to Naruto at that point, hence he incorporated the 9 Biju's Chakra to Susanoo to fight on equal grounds with Naruto, and still couldn't bring him down. If the scenario was different and Naruto actually went with full intent to kill Sasuke, he would have done it low difficulty and in 5 sec. The power gap between them was too enormous. Naruto was just in a whole different league than Sasuke. Look at the difference in their fight against Obito, Madara and Kaguya; Naruto was the central force.

No, it's not the world's NE. That was a fake translation on NF proclaimed by takL, who claims he knows Kishimoto's texts. We can't depend on a non legit source for info. VIZ says he absorbed everything that was available, which just means in context he absorbed what he could. VIZ is an international company and directly works with Kishimoto himself, so that means their translation is official and academic, obviously more trusted than a nobody from NF. And aside from that, that would just mean Naruto has comparable Chakra reserves to the Jubi, whom he admittedly said was immeasurable, so he couldn't have absorbed world's NE.
