Meaning that even if Naruto senses and makes the hand sign, Amaterasu would negg him before clones are even made

It all comes down at how fast his reaction is that would allow him to summon his clone.

But even if by some miracle Naruto makes clones, the flames would still spawn on the original and spread around all the clones since amaterasu can bd bijuu sized if Sasuke wants.

Pretty much. Makes me wonder if he intended sasuke to counter sm naruto at some point but changed his mind. His movesets is a direct counter to naruto w/o kyuubi mode balancing it out. I might be giving kishi less credit than i should've been.

Your fapping Madara copied or rather memorised Hashirama's jutsu once he gained the genetic material he could use them. So your point is mute the Uchiha can copy/memorise anything once they gain the Gm or natures necessary they can provided they have the skill use those jutsu. Hiden jutsu are hidden for a reason because they can be learnt by others Sasuke not using them doesn't mean he cant use or learn them. Secret jutsu may have other requirements also so they require the secret k owledfe as well.
