Whereas Madara with Sagemode is dodging Sasuke's attacks and unable to blitz him like he did to the others. Even SM Naruto's in shock and awe at Sasuke's speed.
This should clear up the difference in speed between the 2. Sasuke is way faster than SM Naruto and people think he'd be able to dodge Sasuke or counter.
No it's not Sasuke gaining Itachi's chakra is an eye thing not a bodily ability. And by that it means Sasuke can see, not he gained new powers. Secondly that's Sasuke's own motion speed.
MS and EMS grant dojutsu abilities(ama tsuki etc) nowhere has it been stated they enhance your other natural sharingan abilities.
The point is Sasuke is and will always be faster than SM Naruto. That's what those scans confirm a sm user gets blitzed by a blind 1 and the same blind man with sm is barely doing Sasuke.
That's not true your speculating. Sasuke in his fight with Ay was a little Emo crazy he wasnt focused that is all and using MS like a loon. The 1 benefit of the EMS is you lose the withdrawal from use of regular MS techs. Like recharge etc and even the susanoo and all the pain you feel.
Naruto gaining chakra leak is and benefit is actually confirmed to enhance and augment him as does the cloak. Itachi's eyes EMS restored his light that's all. Itachi died his chakra didn't exist at that point even if it did by some miracle it isn't a constant existence or a mass of self regenerating chakra(kurama).
Sasukes tracking with ems is above ms, as shown when he was able to track jj obito, thus he was able to actually counter, come on now, why stretch the truth when it’s not needed, any ms sasuke past kage summit > sm naruto
Madara is faster example is flawed doesn't work here. Blind Madara blitzed sagemode Naruto while barely keeping up with Sasuke with. There speed can be gauged bu the opponent they fought at pretty much the same time.
Unless you can tell us what power Sasuke gained (except overcoming blindness) from those eyes your reaching also nowhere does that scan say Sasuke became faster because of them. It's clear the power he's referring to is light in his eyes.

You see, I already posted a scan that shows you that Sasuke can cast Amaterasu faster than Naruto can even make clones, when Naruto already made the handsign

Meaning that even if Naruto senses and makes the hand sign, Amaterasu would negg him before clones are even made, and that's assuming Naruto can make the hand sign in the first because like I showed before, Amaterasu can only be sensed when it's about to be used, as shown with Kaguya who's a far better SM:

And in the same scan, Sasuke is shown making amaterasu faster than Naruto can make Kagebunshin, and Naruto already has the hand sign made.:lol
But even if by some miracle Naruto makes clones, the flames would still spawn on the original and spread around all the clones since amaterasu can bd bijuu sized if Sasuke wants.

Short answer, No, Naruto cannot build his chakra, make a handsign and create clones faster than Sasuke would just look at him and burn him to death.
The rest irrelevant due to the fact that V3>Kirin>RS>Ribcage>Odama rasengan, and the fact that Sasuke can do genjutsu faster than Naruto can make clones, means that Sasuke shit from the get go.
