With Sasuke's Rinne AND his acquisition of Edo AND him seeing the Sage's abilities. It is plausible to say that he is capable of reviving not only EDOs but with the Rinne he can also revive people with NO vessel required

Uh, no it's not plausible because you're speculating Sasuke can do what Hagromo can, but he can't. Sasuke's power is a spit of Hagoromo's power, inherited and borrowed in weak proportions from the real thing. He can revive people with Rinne Tensei, but he dies in process like Obito.

To do rinne tensei I don't think sasuke can tbh but who knows all the people who did it both have yin and yang affinities while sasuke is a dominant yin but with his rinnengan it is highly possible I'm evening thinking he might use it to revive Naruto in place of him when kawaki arrives
