SM Naruto is confirmed to be stronger than MS Sasuke with Amaterasu.

However MS Sasuke with Amaterasu, Kagutsuchi and V3 Susanoo is enough to soundly beat any version of SM Naruto. In combat Naruto w/ Sage Mode will at best pressure and defeat Sasuke with just V2 Susanoo. Once he starts firing arrows w/ V3 it's good game.

So overall, MS Sasuke>SM Naruto.

Sasuke still wins as long as he has at least V3 Susanoo. Ma and Pa don't add anything useful and defining except for Sound Genjutsu and the ability to gather NE for Naruto. The former will never happen as Sasuke will defeat Naruto before that and the latter doesn't change the result as time limit isn't why Naruto would lose.

And no, Chou Oodama Rasengan barrage isn't doing anything to V3 Susanoo. That same attack is far weaker than FRS, which is weaker than Kirin.

Madara stoped an odama rasengan from base naruto, senjutsu makes the jutsu far more powerfull as shown with the rasengan that base naruto used agains't pain:

Why people think Naruto will rely on his summons and why people dont think Sasuke wont summon a bunch a snakes. Amaterasu and genjutsu negs summons so if NAruto starts using them he will be at a huge disadvantage.
