Lmao right. What the hell is going on in this thread? This has been what Sasuke has been doing off panel ever since the Manga ended yet people feel the need to argue that Naruto has the better tools or even worse, that they are equal literally based on nothing.

Naruto:

-Sensing. (Chakra sensing. Why are people talking about negative emotions sensing? The goal is to not engage anybody at all so the intentions of said people are irrelevant)
-Transformation Jutsu.
-Basic Ninja skills.
-Clones to a very limited extent.

Those are his only useful skills when it comes to stealth and reconnaissance.

Sasuke:

-Human Path. Ability to take souls (kill) and gather all intel of the victim without making a sound if done properly.
-Ameno. Ability to teleport across a finite distance instantly and silently.
-Transformation Jutsu.
-Sensing. (Sasuke stated he could sense Naruto's chakra after he was captured by Momoshiki)
-Rinnegan Portal Tech. Can traverse long distances.
-Basic Ninja Skills.
-Clones to a very limited extent.
-Genjutsu. Ability to manipulate memories and gather intel and knock out enemies that happen to see him silently and quickly.
-Is already extremely fast, faster than any version of Naruto that isn't cloaked but without the flashiness Naruto's cloaked modes give him as you mentioned.

Sasuke can do everything Naruto can do and then some. :lol

Honestly speaking although most agree with sasuke I think I have to go for Naruto why because sasuke to me is most likely suitable for an assassination mission rather than stealth and recon look at it
Sasukes abilites if you look at it with genjustu ameno and lightning techs can easily storm into a compound kill or put everyone on genjustu maybe with his rinnengan and kill while Naruto I believe would be better for Intel gathering with his sensing clones that can match the number of people who are in the compound and suppress them maybe with a mini rasengan interrogate if needed and instantly be giving info by the clone quite good if you ask me and plus he has rsm abilities like being able to fly over enemies without being noticed
In summary to sasuke has more techs suitable for assassination while Naruto for recon
