Rasen shuriken is a flawed jutsu and shouldn't exist. Anyway of the 2 amaterasu it turns all things to nothingness including rasen shuriken with exception of the shield of solo and Madara who has no weakness.

If the 2 are to collide Ama would eat right through it especially now that it's at its true level (Sarada arc).

Amaterasu consumes every element, the only way to extinguish it was with Onmyoudon but now that Sasuke has Sage chakra even that's not possible. BZ regards Sasuke's jutsu higher than anything so there's pretty much no debate.
