People are confusing 360 degree vision with precognition. The Byakugan cannot read movements and the only time it's said to be able to read movements is in an anime. Manga>Anime is how it works, you can't switch it up when it suits your purposes.

There are no precognition feats for the Byakugan. While Sasuke was able to keep up with Naruto's speed, Neji wasn't.

When you think about in a kkg perspective ( like with haku, if that makes sense?) true. I wouldn't Say surpasses sharingan though. Its just Neji was a different type of beast. He probably had a byakugan that could do everything everybody been saying otc.
