What would happen if Naruto used the completed version of Rasengan against chidori?

It's not opinions it's basic logic. There's a reason others far more skilled couldn't complete fusing the element and giving it a nature. What kishi did is he just pulled a jutsu out of thin air which defies common sense or reason once evaluated. That's why I was voicing my opposition to it.

If its a legit fusion of the 2 then ot should spin like an atoms electron circles in line with the spin of the rasengan which would kill Naruto or destroy his arm.

Yes it exists as jutsu because kishi made it a jutsu bit I can still point out its flaws.

FRS vs Chidori?
You realize that both sasuke and Naruto can make their Justus as destructive as they need right?
Sasuke has destroyed a meteor with chidori (the last movie). Naruto has done the same with FRS (against madara's chibaku tensei) . So at best, a clash with those jutsus will end up the way it always has, which is with both of their asses on the floor. Only this time they'd lose a lot more than one hand.

Jutsu is useless in close-range

It stopped being useless once Naruto got KCM. See him vs third Raikage. Besides for what ever reason his rasengan with just wind nature that was tested on Kakashi has never been used since.

Wind Rasengan is the only jutsu Naruto never used against Sasuke sines it would kill Sasuke and all Naruto wanted to do is bring Sasuke back to Sakura to fulfill His promised to Sakura. Naruto had faith in Himself being able to bring back Sasuke to the light.
