He was a great character, but was a bit overrated.
It was his demeanor, his portrayal, and his actions. In everything that he said and did, he seemed completely confident, and jadedly so. His attacks were so refined and precise, agile and velocious. He was in control of every single situation, from his being revived by Edo Tensei to his fighting the Rikudou duo. His entire character seemed unprecedented and unstoppable right down to the very end. I'm surprised he didn't find a way to counteract BZ at the last second like he did ET and even his own death. He's like the Lawliet of Naruto. |
