I would argue Brook was the MVP of this arc but I could see Katakuri being mentioned and Nami too.

The Vinsmokes are all lame aside from Reiju.

I originally gave it a 3, but change that to a 4 in spirit. It didn't occur to me that it was because Katakuri was using Observation and wanted to prove a point to Luffy. I really want to see Katakuri use new techniques, but I have a newfound appreciation for the hype about his Kenbunshoku.
