based on this quote im having a kabuto theory that is very likely to happen..


Teh Theory :


phase one of Orochimaru's plan was always to infiltrate konoha by planting spies in there....in that i could say he succeed by making both mitsuki and kabuto spying on konoha...


-now what was kabuto?? he was an orphan remember???..


kabuto's orphanity allowed oro manipulate kabuto easily..its like oro knows how to choose his victmes..


-now kabuto's possible plan might be doing teh same with teh orphans he is taking care of... he could use them to creat a orphan army like teh little shins....

-he could use them of orochimaru's experiments....
