That ice must be a spiritual substance , it's definitely not normal ice , and by the way , kaguya has the ability to convert environments like a genjutsu as sakura states it . We know genjutsu is linked to spiritual energy .

And gaara's sand is spirit sand as it is his mother, karura's will . Also gaara has no defense against Totsuka and Yata which are supernatural weapons capable of doing anything according to zetsu , the will of kaguya .

Itachi can also spiritually torment the victim by using the same genjutsu sasuke used against danzo ; let alone tsukiyomi .

The only reason danzo escaped was bcuz of the seal he put on sasuke earlier on .

Totsuka seals gaara's sand and yata repels all of gaara's attacks at the same speed gaara shoves it to itachi as it can turn back any attack back to the user .

Gaara uses the third eye to see which makes him viable to genjutsu easily .

Itachi has far better speed feats and also this being infinite chakra itachi , he sleeps during the fight letting susanoo handle stuff .

He may not have tsukiyomi but he does have spirit injuring illusions like the one he did to Cee. Cee stated he couldnt properly stand which means he was hurt physically . Also danzo was gonna get the feeling of being burned by AMA but the seal worked just in time to stop sasuke removing the genjutsu in time. Since gaara doesn't have the seal he doesnt stand a chance .

No, it doesn't. It ignites the target. Stated in DB, Manga and shown multiple times. If it misses it's initial target then it travels. The Manga literally shows the flame appearing in the panels Raikage dodges yet people still argue this garbage. :lol It's 2017. Come on now people. his sand armor at the age of 12 took not only all of unweighted lee attacjs but a full on barrage from 5 gated lee. His sand armor is nothing to sleep on. Keep in mind gaara left the rocklee fight virtually unharmed the only thing lee managed to do was outrun gaaras sand but not actually damage him

Gaara only compares to itachi if alive and thats still a big if however while alive he has a lot of things going for him like itachi sickness having more chakra and stamina then itachi and also having flight

I don't care about low end feats from Amaterasu. At it's strongest when the user was actually putting focus into the jutsu it burnt the hell out of Hachibi, burnt a hole in Jiraiya's toad within a few seconds, turned Danzo to ash in seconds and ate through Katon. So yes, it'd easily burn through Sand Armor.

Imagine comparing Amaterasu, a jutsu capable of harming Bijuu, to Kid Lee's punches. :lol Stop it.

Gaara doesn't stand a chance even if Itachi was alive. The only detriment added to Itachi is stamina, but Gaara won't even come close to lasting long enough to take advantage of that unless the conditions are created in his favor....which they were not from this thread.

Same reason I listed above. The only way stamina would become a major factor is if the battle lasted long enough for Itachi to weaken himself enough to the point where Gaara would win, which it won't given the distance and the fact that Gaara can't take on Itachi's V4 Susanoo in close-mid range.

bruh it obviously replenishes but it needs time. Manga says that clearly with Minato saying he has no chakra, as well as Sasuke asking if Itachi could maintain Susanoo.
