Canon vs Filler Characters

To me they're not filler i label them as anime original .anyway my point is. i want to compare them.

New canon Character In Manga: Tentou Madako

New Canon Villain in the Manga: Shojoji

New Anime Original villain in the anime: Shizuma Hoshigake:

I didn't include Kara because they're main villains. Shojoji and Tentou are characters for a mini arc not major

Fact: Shizuma's debut received way more love and interest than Shojoji's according to reviews/live reactions

Copying Kishimoto's designs isn't better, it just means they lack skill so they steal to save face.

Yes Shizuma and Kagura are SIMILAR indeed but in the end they're their own characters . Shizuma has a different personality than that of Oro and Kisame. the way he talked to boruto was different . he looks like a gang leader and a charismatic one. now for Kagura we can't tell because we barely saw Yagura

And if they are all 'related' they sure will be in the manga in next time. So it just anime help presenting them on behalf of Manga bcus Manga started after Boruto movie.

If they never appear in the entirety of Manga story line, they are only anime original and not a part of whole canon Story but an added story(filler)

So thats my view toward all this. At least I still has a sense of logical judgment towards a matter at hand.

You should actually understand that Shojoji was important to unveil the existence of Kara but damn man, you are so easy to rustle its not even funny anymore.

Screw design, if the character is logical to the story, he could be a strawberry with eyes. Character design above all is something not important.
