What's there to prove? Hinata has better speed (covered 50KM in the time it took for Gaara to stop engaging in conversations with his victims.) and better taijutsu (She was able to fight on par with Neji at times, and her taijutsu ranks above even Sasuke's in Part 1).

That isn't overwhelming them in speed in any way, espeically not when one mere Shin was enough to overwhelm Salad and Chocho together. and CES gives her notable strength. It's no where strong enough to kill yet. and Raiton No feats yet. being one of the three smartest in her class How is this relevant? and having the best shurikenjutsu seen in the anime so far.
