The context of Pain's statement simply meant that, Jiraiya would go after crippled, Chakra depraved Nagato himself (the secret behind Pain) and fight him, instead of fighting the 6 corpses he controls. That's all it meant. I don't know how you idiots defined it that Pain admits inferiority, when no such thing was admitted. Add the whole Sannin and they still get stomped by Tendou Pain, let alone the 6 of them.

The Pain bodies were just animated corpses, Naruto biology is definitely iffy but their inside organs aren't functional otherwise Hanzo's poison would've affected them.
Shouldn't the corpses rot and smell if they're mere animated corpses? Not saying they aren't dead. I think they had normal functioning bodies to resist any bodily disintegration that a normal dead body would go through. Anyway Nagato could've made them immune to Hanzo's poison before entering the battle for it to be useless on them.

...How? They already have the perfect counter by being dead.
Well if they had a normally functioning body then the poison would still affect their body as it does a normal body dead or alive. The only difference is that an alive person would die from its effects while the Peins are already dead to begin with but their functioning as a normal body would be affected based on the type of poison used and how it affects the body.

Great Explanation

As he stated: Even if they are DEAD their bodies still function normally. The only difference is the brain is replaced by chakra rods for impulses. Hanzo's poison seem to paralyze meaning muscle function would cease even if they are "DEAD" as the chakra signals still require the muscles to move. Only exemption I can think of is Asura Path which can technically be 100% robotic

The answer is always chakra. Or Hashi cells. One of the two.

Basically this.

2017 and people still think Jiraiya could take on Pain alone, intel or no intel. *rolleyes* Tsunade doesn't change a thing.
