Definitely Sasuke. He has just as many variants of Chidori as Kakashi, but they vary more in shape and size. That and he can control lightning.

Sasuke has more variants and added-on shape manipulation (as you mentioned) that Kakashi doesn't have.

So far kakashi, he's got raikiri, that lightning wolf jutsu, purple lightning, lightning clones, and the lightning chain, other fighting styles may be more lightning based(ay comes to mind) but that's just one jutsu, kakashi has shown and created quite a few lightning jutsu

I would say that either Darui, or the 3rd Raikage win this. 4th Raikage openly admitted inferiority to the 3rd Raikage, and Kakashi certainly has skill with Lightning style, but he is much less specialized in it's use than the others. Don't forget Sasuke's Chidori wasn't able to overpower 4th Raikage's lightning armor.

Quality is much more important than quantity. If none of Kakashi's lightning jutsu are able to pierce the 3rd's lighting armor, it's meaningless.

When Sasukes had CM wasnt Sasuke's Chidori black? Since Sasuke's curse mark stems from Juugo who natural absorbs NE would that make Sasuke's Chidori correlated to NE? The same can be said for Darui's Black Panther it could be influenced by NE hence the color

I see the connection you are trying to make using their color, but I don't think the techniques are related. Sasuke does have a "black" (I would argue it is more of a metallic silver color) chidori that he has been seen using when he is in curse mark mode. Since The CM uses nature energy, it is safe to assume Sasuke's metallic chidori is enhanced by NE, similar if not the same as senjutsu.

Darui's black lightning is just a unique lighting style jutsu that the 3rd passed down to him, similar to how Muu taught Onoki the particle style. The black lightning essentially works the same way as and may actually be a kekkei genkai, but regardless of that I don't think it has any relation to NE whatsoever. No evidence to support that.
