Sakura was created shortly after Sasuke to put a girl in the middle and create a rivalry between Sasuke & Naruto, she is nothing than a failed love interest.
Sakura ultimate goal was to get Sasuke D all for herself even as a child =D

Nothing about her other than physical appearance separated her from Tsunade, honestly I can feel Kishimoto regrets the direction he took Sakura in when reading his story.
I can't even count the amount of asspull no jutsu. Kishimoto literally ignored the consistency of his story to make her "stronger". Sakura runs out of chakra and then she has more chakra than a six paths Naruto clone

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying she is useless, in fact she's useful but disappointing. Has a good representation in the first arc. Becomes nonexistent after the first arc. Anytime she is shown, it's negative character development as she regresses back to part 1. Crying, doing nothing, relying on others and failing to live up to her own expectation.
She's disappointing, pitiful, and without pulling punches, garbage as an anime character. I don't think I can name a worse character...
Her "romance" with Sasuke is horseshit and make her character even worse. I don't understand how Kishimoto could have made so many wrong turns with Sakura, I can't understand some of his statements like "If Sakura ended up with someone else, she would be a terrible woman".

Konan is dead and will never match adult Sakura.
Tsunade has been surpassed and is like 70 right now.
Mei is old and was surpassed the moment girlie unlocked Byakugou.
Kudotsuchi hasn't shown viable feats to assume she could even touch temari let alone Sakura.
Sakura is more renowned for her beauty but either way that topic is subjective.

Kishi simply said that Sakura was just like another side characters like Kiba and Shikamaru, people who shit on her for doing the least eventhough she's one of main character can **** off. She never meant to be an equal to Naruto and Sasuke. And this girl who was born without kekkei genkai, strong family backgrounds, kyuubi, or even special clan jutsu like Ino/Shikamaru/Chouji, worked her way up to become a sannin level. "The self proclaimed Heroine" did more things in the war arc compared to "the heroine of the age". You can hate her for her dislikable traits (cause yeah she's annoying) but shes far from irrelevant.
Which is why she sought Tsunade, mastered medical ninjutsu, became someone who was the opposite of what Kakashi described.

I still don't really understand what was the mechanic behind Sakura awaking/mastering Byakugō. Did she concentrate Chakra in a single spot during three consecutive years with no break or she just accumulated Chakra in it during some periods of her time?

Based all on hype? Y'all discredit so much you want to make absurd claims that a character with. 5 feats and some hype is stronger? Sakura with Byakugō destroys her.

On Sakura’s popularity & character - Kobayashi then asks about Sakura. Kishimoto says he tried to write her more realistically [than other characters], and tried to show a girl’s ‘real’ self/ feelings [through inner Sakura]. He thought she would appeal to female fans, but was surprised when she actually became hated. Kobayashi asks if there was a lot of Sakura hate, and Kishimoto says there was, and even young girls told him they hate her. Kishimoto said that he continued on regretting Sakura’s character. Kobayashi apologizes for bringing up the painful memories as Kishimoto apologizes for tailing off (lol).
Kobayashi asks if it was too late to drop her, and Kishimoto says that he just had to persevere with her, and thought about how to raise her popularity. In the 4th volume, a cover page shows her with Katsuyu, so this was the direction he tried to work in. In later volumes, he tries to draw her more beautifully. On the cover page of Vol 66, he drew Sasuke and Naruto quickly, but with Sakura he took a long time to draw her beautifully and was using source materials as guides. But he says that in the end no one really took notice (it had no effect), and Hinata’s popularity just kept going up on its own.
Even more sadder for Sakura
Kishimoto explains that Hinata, like Sakura, never really did anything but her popularity just kept going up and up, so part way through the story he started to wonder whether he should make her the main heroine instead, or at least gradually write her into the direction of the heroine.
On Neji’s death - Kobayashi comments that there were many casualties during the war, but he was surprised about Neji, and asks Kishimoto why he was chosen. Kishimoto explains that because he decided to make Hinata into the lead heroine a while back

Sakura trained under Tsunade for the sole purpose of helping Naruto bring Sasuke back instead of relying entirely on him. She completely fails at this. In fact, there's a moment in the kage summit where she admits that all she can do is rely on Naruto
This is the culmination of Sakura's effort since the part 1 timeskip.

It's a ninja battle series and she had no role as a ninja in part 1. She wasn't medic, support, strategist, tool specialist, clan secret technique, blood limit, nothing to contribute to team 7. We find out that she, not Ino, onesidedly decides to become her rival because they both like the same boy(who doesn't pay attention to neither them or the 20 other fangirls) which was just extremely shallow. She would say things that would just annoy the crap out of readers. Small things like calling Naruto selfish for being an orphan as she was speaking to Sasuke, an orphan, calling Sasuke a coward for not fighting against Orochimaru when she couldn't do a thing herself, claiming she would be lonely like Sasuke if Sasuke left despite having everyone with her. Sasuke doesn't belong to you, what kind of emotional manipulation is that? You're not in a relationship with him, why should anyone have to stay around you to keep you from feeling lonely when you still have parents and friends? I don't understand Kishimoto when it comes to Sakura.
Did she?
Your a big ass troll if your referring to Byakugo. The build up was b&w, Sakura was obtaining Byakugou was within her means within the context of mastering medical ninjutsu and emulating Tsunade.
She even had the chakra control since part one to manifest the seal.
Part 2 comes along, Kishimoto raises the bar for Sakura and she has her best moment in the rescue kazekage arc. Sakura never lives up to that moment ever again. After that, she doesn't fight for years of serialization after that until the 2nd half of the war arc. Kishimoto made Sakura a Tsunade 2.0. Nothing about her other than physical appearance and inclination to cry separated her from Tsunade. Kishimoto ignores that battle side of Sakura seeking to play catch up during the war when he less then gracefully reveals she's been storing up chakra for Byakugou for 3 years(we didn't even know this was the requirement beforehand) after Sakura awakens it. It just came off as a total asspull. Without it being earned, Kishimoto tries to allude to Sakura now surpassing the Sannin with decades of experience and some people believe that. I can't just take the author's word without questioning the reason. If you have the same exact abilities as a person, how did you surpass them??? What would that even mean? Does Sakura hit slightly harder than Tsunade? The writing around Sakura just becomes inconsistent to make her relevant in an arc filled with perfect jinchuuriki, sage mode, gods and goddesses, juubi and other bijuus, gods among shinobi like Hashirama and Madara, EMS and Rinnegan. Being Tsunade level in that type of fight means you're severely outclassed but Kishimoto bends his own rules to make Sakura useful.
Sakura during the kage summit arc was the lowest point. Her stupidity, her brashness, her lack of resolve, her crying and admitting that she can't do the one thing she set out to do even after lying to Naruto's face. I can't call that emotional, it was blatantly stupid for her to hear that Naruto might be suffering because of Sasuke. To set out believing she will eliminate Sasuke. To use Kiba, Lee and Sai to track him only to sabotage them with the warped belief that she's responsible for Sasuke(No you're not). The idea that she can kill him by herself with a poisoned kunai when im pretty sure she was the one who deduced Sasuke was augmented on Orochimaru's drugs like 4 arcs prior...

Her personality is extremely annoying, her skill isn't really something I hate, it's just uninspired, unoriginal and disappointing. To be honest, even when Tsunade was introduced, I didn't see how she's kage level or this respected shinobi. Hitting things very hard is a gimmick that belongs in a dc super hero comic book, not a ninja manga. This is a battle shonen and since her fight with Sasori, she did nothing but be annoying. I have to suspend disbelief anytime i see a jonin or chuunin get hit by an average human speed Tsunade or Sakura. I don't think she's a commendable character from a writing standpoint. Kishimoto just copied Tsunade's moveset and gave it to a character that had nothing going for herself. Her romantic interest in Sasuke is just detestable to a lot of people including myself. She's just a pink haired manifestation of disappointment and the hype that goes into her character is nonsensical.
She's just god awful. Just a complete mess of a character. The only saving grace with her is that Kishimoto does in fact recognize that he messed up when it came to Sakura but it was too late to do anything about her. He doesn't pretend she's a great character and hopefully, if he ever draws another manga, he'd learn from the mistakes he made with Sakura.

In the Naruto series none of the people you listed were more relevant then her, sure they may have had more in depth screen time but they didn't have more.
That's bad writing.
That's bad writing.
Good for her. But this is about her writing, not her power level.
No she doesn't, Sarada is always her constant thought and her main objective. Sakura interacting with Sasuke is secondary and has been clearly illustrated as so but you don't have to believe me, read gadien.
More or less. Her development is there, but so bare bones, it's near undetectable. I mean, you can pull out that Shin scan, but she still needed saving by Sasuke, just like in the FOD.
As I said before, your opinions don't constitute facts. Sakura saved Sasuke and their daughter; Sasuke returned the favor when she needed it just like when he did.
That never happened before did it?
Sakura hugging Salad doesn't negate the fact that she still has a temper problem, and a massive one at that.
It's the hug, it's emotional inclinations behind Sakura's gestures. Her having or losing her temper one time doesn't negate or overshadow the nurturing and love... massive nurturing and love so stop holding onto a false equivalency.
.
Someone can't comprehend that Kurotsuchi landed hits on Kinshiki, same guy who was fighting on par with Adult Sasuke. Is Sakura on par with Adult Sasuke?
I comprehend that Sakura feat wise is faster and stronger then Kurotsuchi and has out maneuvered over a dozen MS so Sakura would've just as well mounted a successful sideline on
Kinshiki, especially if she attacked him from under the ground.
You faps need to stop pretending that Kurotsuchi fought Kinshiki in the same capacity as Sasuke lol, Kinshiki was combating Chojuro and Kurotsuchi appeared from underground and landed a hit. Sasuke & Kinshiki were combating head on with no secondary provisions so stop fapping.
